Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Raleigh, NC)

Ironwood Ridge Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Raleigh, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer estimates. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
