Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Meridian Telecom and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage reports. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
