Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Raleigh, NC)

Highbridge Summit Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
