Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Raleigh, NC)

Foxglove Quarry Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Raleigh, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service complaints. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
