Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Raleigh, NC)

Amberfield Pike Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Raleigh area. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving treatment plant data. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
