Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Providence, RI)

Rivermark Orchard Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Providence. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We reward reliability. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tracking. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
