Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Providence, RI)

Amberfield Holdings coordinates shipments and warehousing around Providence. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tracking. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
