Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Providence, RI)

Fernwood Union Inspection Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scheduling. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
