Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Providence, RI)

Clearpath Ashton Health is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving electronic records. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
