Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Providence, RI)

Nova Mill Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Providence, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. We reward reliability. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
