Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Providence, RI)

Clearpath Cobalt Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Providence. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lots. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
