Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Providence, RI)

Bluepeak Loom Medical is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
