Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Providence, RI)

Cedar Hollow Care Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving family communication. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
