Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Providence, RI)

Westbrook Amber Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer orders. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
