Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Providence, RI)

Foxglove Meadow Community Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer shifts. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
