Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Providence, RI)

Highbridge Drift Health is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving insurance authorisations. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
