Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Juniper Inspection Services Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 163 people based in Portland. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving test reports. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
