Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Portland, OR)

Bluepeak Kestrel Staffing is a Portland staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 344 people based in Portland. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving candidate screening. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
