Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Fox Construction and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 552 people based in Portland. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
