Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Portland, OR)

Nova Rowan Inspection Services Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Portland. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • PMP or CAPM certification.
