Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Portland, OR)

Harborlight Drift Facilities is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people based in Portland. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
