Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Portland, OR)

Summit Quarry Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Portland focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We invest in training. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving network equipment. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
