Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Portland, OR)

Summit Haven Housing manages affordable housing communities across Portland, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 275 people based in Portland. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving rent assistance. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
