Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Portland, OR)

Foxglove Ivory Legal Group provides legal services in Portland across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving court deadlines. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
