Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Portland, OR)

Rivermark Iron Staffing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving temp assignments. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
