Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Portland, OR)

Stonegate Ridge Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Portland producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical studies. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
