Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Portland, OR)

Fernwood Stone Environmental Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fleet maintenance. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
