Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Pittsburgh, PA)

Silverline Vista Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
