Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Pittsburgh, PA)

Northwind Willow Community Partners is a nonprofit in Pittsburgh supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving donor records. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
