Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Pittsburgh, PA)

Bright Quarry Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Pittsburgh region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 296 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service connections. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
