Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Ember Housing and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving repair requests. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
