Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Pittsburgh, PA)

Northwind Willow Community Partners is a Pittsburgh charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 175 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer shifts. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
