Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Pittsburgh, PA)

Greenridge Birch Freight Group is a Pittsburgh logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
