Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Phoenix, AZ)

Harborlight Keystone Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Phoenix, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving licensing. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
