Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Phoenix, AZ)

Fernwood Umber Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Phoenix, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety inspections. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
