Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Phoenix, AZ)

Lumen Drift Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Phoenix, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
