Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Phoenix, AZ)

Summit Quill Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Phoenix. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
