Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Phoenix, AZ)

Clearpath Linden Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Phoenix, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving reviews and feedback. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
