Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Granite Water Authority Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving pipe repairs. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
