Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Phoenix, AZ)

Redstone Cobalt Auto Group is a Phoenix company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
