Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Phoenix, AZ)

Foxglove Amber Manufacturing is a Phoenix manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • PMP or CAPM certification.
