Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Redstone Ridge Auto Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
