Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Phoenix, AZ)

Highbridge Loom Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Phoenix, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 385 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
