Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Phoenix, AZ)

Greenridge Sable Community Partners is a nonprofit in Phoenix supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 900 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client intake. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
