Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Philadelphia, PA)

Bright Linden Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Philadelphia with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
