Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Philadelphia, PA)

Lumen Union Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Philadelphia, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving insurance authorisations. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
