Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Philadelphia, PA)

Fernwood Stone Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving usage data. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
