Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Philadelphia, PA)

Bluepeak Lantern Medical is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving complaint handling. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
