Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Hollow Health and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 55 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving electronic records. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
