Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Lakeside Care Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving caregiver training. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
